Sansa M240 not supported...

Got a new Sansa M240 for Christmas. :smiley: Windows will not recognize the player, but it can be seen in Device Mgr. As “sansa m240”. :cry: From reading this forum, it seems that I need to change from MTP to MSC to solve the problem. :dizzy_face: How is this done? :neutral_face:

I am using Windows XP.

After reading a reply to another question, and replacing the dead battery (.927 volts) that came with my player, the problem is solved.
