My device was working perfectly until the screen went suddenly white. It will not switch off nor will it connect to my laptop.
Any ideas anyone? Would be glad for any suggestions.
I Had the same thing happen-just hold the on/off slide switch up for 15 or 20 seconds & it will shut off. Then you should be able to turn it back on as usual.
