Sansa Fuze 4GB Problem with 8GB microcard

When using an 8 GB microcard with my 4GB Fuze, I can only load about 3.5Gb of music.
All in the music folder, when I check there is plenty of free space.

I get an error that the music dosen’t excist or is being used by another program, neither of which is the case.

Any ideas???

Are you sure you’re attempting to tranfser to the card and not the player in error? 3.5GB is about all you’re going to net availibility-wise out of 4 gigs.

What method and USB mode are you using?

Another thing to check . . . if these are DRM -encrypted music files that might account for the trouble.
