The unit works however when you hit any button or scroll the screen goes black. It performs the function then turns on again - however repeats the same process again when you try to execute any command. The unit is fully charged and has been operating fine for 12 months. I have tried the 20 second reset to no avail. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Try reloading the firmware.
