I got some detailed advice to get rid of all my RAX files and put on WMA files. After lots of trial and error I finally deleted most of the files and most of what’s on there now will play.
Of course, I now have very little on there.
When I try to transfer songs back on, it gives me messages like “Downloading and Transferring 1 of 43 items to Sansa e280r Approx 11 min 10 sec remaining”
And then it sits like that for hours.
After about 2 hours this afternoon it appears to have put a handful of songs on, but when I cancelled and tried to re-selct songs, whether directly from Rhapsody or from My Library, they just won’t transfer onto the device.
Help!!
