do tell me whether I need to change my battery? also tell me where can I find one battery 4 this device? how much would it cost me? can I consult a local technician ? can I replace the battery with any local battery that is available?
my sansa e250 is not turning on, but when connected to pc it shows connected and the battery is also full ,the pc also reads the device, I have tried resetting and formatting it, but still it does not turn on !
It just does not turn on when it is disconnected from the pc!
I also tried firmware update but the sansa updater shows update only 1.02.165 whereas my device is of version 1.02.18A.
what should I do? pls help!
