my sansa e250 is not turning on, but when connected to pc it shows connected and the battery is also full the pc also recoganizes the device, I have tried resetting and formatting it, but still it does not turn on !
It just does not turn on when it is disconnected from the pc!
I also tried firmware update but the sansa updater shows update only 1.02.165 whereas my device is of version 1.02.18A.
what should I do? pls help!
