Okay, So after not using it for about 2 months my Connect will not take a charge in anyway. I’ve tried the AC adapter and plugging it into every USB port in the house. I don’t want to replace it because I have music on there I lost after a PC crash. Can anyone help me?
I have another MP3 player that, if completely drained, requires an overnight charge on an AC adapter before it will boot.
Have you tried that? Are you using the AC adapter that came with your Connect? If you’re not using the original AC adapter, make sure you use one that supplies sufficient output amperage. I think, but am not 100% sure, that the Connect requires at least 750 mA.
I figured it out myself… I have to hold the USB in place for it to charge.
