I copy songs in WMP to my sansa clip and after the “copying” process is done, then WMP shows the clip’s music folder to have the songs that I copied. However, when I disconnect the clip from the computer in order to view and listen to the songs, the clip shows “no songs” in the clip’s music folder. I tried to change the USB settings and went through this process with each USB setting option, but got the same result - no music on my MP3!

What is the problem and how do I get the music on my MP3?!

Connect the Clip to your computer and view the Clip’s Music folder using Windows Explorer.  Do this with the Clip set to MTP mode, and then do it with the Clip set to MSC mode.  Do you see files in the folder, in either case?
