hi there
i stopped using my mp3 sansa c100 for a long period of time because i had no battery and now when i connect it to the computer and when i try to access my files from the mp3 it doesnt find them. When i try to drag and drop music files into the mp3 folder on the computer it doesn’t let me saying ’ the file coul not be copied. it may not exist or is being used by another program’
also when i turn my mp3 on it comes up with a message saying ‘No space in DB delete more than 4.0MB’ but it says ‘No Songs’ when i play them and the folders where all the songs should be kept don’t show up on my computer so I’m not able to delete.
how can i fix this please help!
