I have had a sandisk 128GB USB3/iPhone drive for a while now. The drive works fine in any laptop I use it with but is not working in iOS (drive is not showing up in the iXpand app
for troubleshooting I have tried updating the firmware on the drive (no change)
I have reset my iPhone (no change) and iOS is currently 14.0.1 and has never worked in iOS 13
It might be an intermittent issue where iXpand devices may not be recognized by the iXpand app after updating to iOS 10.0.1/10.1.1. This issue may affect any iXpand device.
Try this to solve this issue;
Power cycle (turn off and then back on) your iOS device
Reconnect iXpand, and the iXpand device should now be detected by the iXpand app.
