SanDisk Ultra 400 GB will not format. It worked well for years. But now Windows File Explorer only says “Removable Disk [E:]”. When I try to format it, it says “You need to format the disk in drive E: before you can use it”, then it says “Windows was unable to complete the formatting”. I also tried to format it using a different laptop and also a security camera. But all efforts fail to format it. Any suggestions?
