Sandisk SSD Plus 240gb LOW READ SPEEDS

What is going on.
Windows file transfers: I get 395 mb/s write and 250mb/s read. Crystal disk mark shows similiar performance.
HOW ARE READ SPEEDS SLOWER THAN RIGHT?!?!?!?
Please help.

this issue seems really strange so in that case i suggest contacting the support to ask if they have an explanation for this or if the drive is defective and needs to be replaced.
