I just set up my secure SSD with SanDisk Security on Windows 10 following the official documentation (How to install SanDisk Security (Windows)). I store my passwords in a secure data base. When trying to unlock my SSD I got a wrong password message. Then I realized that my passwort exceeds the suggested 25 characters. I managed to unlock the device by entering only the first 25 characters of the password.
This is clearly a bug in the software. I think the user should be noticed about entering a passwort that is too long.
