Tell me if i’m wrong, but i can plug in my new sandisk extreme 2Tb that have Secureaccess on and without logging in, delete or format the whole drive??? Really, thought it would be like ironkey or Kanguru and require password BEFORE could do anything to the drive. Way too risky to use this as a secure drive with this. Understand it will encrypt the data so no one can access it without the password, but what good is that if anyone can just delete everything or format it. Dissappointing, no way would trust this as secure device. When asked Support they said “… It is always a better practice to keep check on the system from unauthorized access”. OMG really? looks like going to Kanguru, need something secure.
