I just took my SanDisk Plus 120G drive out of my very old laptop and put it into a newer i3 laptop. It was terrifically snappy in the old laptop, but in the new laptop it is very slow. See attached Crystal Disk Mark. The HP Hardware Diagnostics tool even gave up on running its “Short HD test” because it was taking so long. SSD firmware is up-to-date, system is on latest Windows 10 Pro version with all latest Windows Update patches. I have no idea what might be causing this. Any help much appreciated.
