Recently I have brought a Sandisk Pendrive of 256 gb for my data backup… After using it for some month speed of this pendrive during writing goes to 150-200KBPS or even 0KBPS

I suggest try a different USB port and, if possible, connect it to another computer. Also check the computer makes a connection sound or whether the drive appears in Disk Management. If it is detected there but not visible in File Explorer, it may simply need a drive letter.
However, if the pen drive is not detected anywhere, the issue could be related to its USB connector, controller, or internal memory. If you have important data on it, avoid formatting the drive.
Try a decent data recovery software, it may help with recovery if the drive is still detected.
Flash drives can drop to extremely low write speeds when their internal cache fills and they start reorganizing flash storage, especially after the drive has been used heavily. SanDisk also lists low free space, heat, file system issues and background scanning as causes of severe slowdowns. Copy a single 5 to 10 GB video to it and watch the speed. If it starts fast then falls to KB/s, that points toward the drive’s flash management rather than Windows. If it is already at 0 KB/s from the beginning, back up anything readable immediately and test the drive on another PC.
