I have to agree that the much hyped ixpand is a complete piece of overpriced rubbish. I brought mine just over 3 months ago and it overheats constantly then fried itself and now even tho I have reformatted and done any number of steps to correct the issues, it refuses to copy files from my iphone.
I screen captured the excuses it gives which range from “Drive is busy. Please try again later”, to “IXpand drive not found. Please attach and try again”. The iphone activates the incredibly underwhelming software when the ixpand is plugged in, so that is definitely a piece of ■■■■ hardware error.
For the $130, I paid for it, it only lasted a month or more (not much more). If Scam Disk are peddling this rubbish as top of the line then they will go the way of the other Killionaire companies. Absolute ■■■■ and I’m really having trouble trying to return this ■■■■.
