Until recently everything worked fine on Windows 7, old (2Gb) and new (Extreme) SD cards alike. But since a fresh installation of OS and upgrade to Office 10, the SanDisk Extreme 32Gb is not recognized. (It does, however, produce a tone when I plug in the card reader.) The other SanDisk SD’s (2Gb) work flawlessly. What’s more, when I leave the card in the laptop (in a card reader), the screen remains black (I can hear the system running though).
Sounds like a question more suited to your laptop manufacturer or a Windows support forum.
