Cant format new Sandisk extreme 32GB 45Mb/s

Hi,

In order to use the new memory card i need to format it throgh my laptop.

But my laptop recognize him but failed on format without any special detail.

The memory card details are:

Sandisk Extreme

45Mb/s

32Gb 8hr

10 1

My Laptop operation system is windows 7

if format fails the card would need to be replaced.

I just hope though that this is still under warranty. Good luck with this.
