I can not find the firmware of this type of usb, I believe that if I find it I can fix it

The only fix is to return it.

Copy your files off it before sending it in.  Others who have used the RMA said postage is free.

Sorry to be brutally honest bt 99% of the time, that i already a hard ware issue. I just hope this one is still under warranty.
