Sandisk Cruze 4GB Issues

Hello all,

I have a Sandisk Cruxzer 4GB with model number: SDCZ36-004G.

When insterted into any machine, both XP and win7 i get a message saying that the Device could not be recognized.

In device manager it is listed as an ‘Unknown device’ so i can’t refresh the drivers.

there is some data on it i need, is it gone forever? Are there any tools that can help?

Unfortunately it’s non functional already, time to call tech support. Regarding your files, if they indeed very important you can look for a company like LC Tech who does forensic data recovery.

Assuming you have done this troubleshooting steps already
