I have a 1TB SanDisk Connect Wireless Stick model SDWS4. Yesterday, I plugged it into my computer and it did the white, red flash… then went solid red. The device doesn’t show up at all on my Mac. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get it working again?
@docorema Solid red means the drive is failed.

Yes. Tired everything and nothing worked. Reason why I reached out in the forum for help.
Is it showing in Disk Utility?
Solid red usually indicates a hardware or firmware issue. First, try plugging it into a different USB port or another computer to rule out a local port problem. If that doesn’t help, hold the power button for 30 seconds to reset the device. Also, make sure you’re using a direct connection (not through a hub), and avoid Wi-Fi mode during troubleshooting.
If it’s still not recognized and stuck on red, it likely means a firmware failure or internal damage. In that case, your best bet is to contact SanDisk support for a warranty replacement, especially since these models are known to fail over time.
