Sandisk Clip Sport won't play radio slot card

I’ve just done a firmware update to 1.43. My Clip Sport shows an “empty” radio slot card, and I have many slot cards with thousands of songs on them that I’ve used successfully in the past. I’ve inserted the card with the player off and with the player on, and the results are the same “empty” slot card. The Clip Sport recognizes the card insert as it “updates” each time the card is inserted. What is going on? What do I need to do to get these radio slot cards to play again? Or did they remove this capability from the Clip Sport? Please advise.
