RMA request not being processed

My RMA no is 1109692. I have asked to replace my 16gb SD Card on 16th of november 2015. San disk keep saying that I will get my sd card back in 2-3 days. But I am still waiting.
And now I am not getting any response from them.
I am fed up of this behavior of San Disk.
This doesn’t suit their reputation.
Any ideas about what should I do next?
I have posted on their fb wall. i have mailed them this issue. I even contacted global support of san disk. But no one is interested in resolving the issue of their customer.
This is disappointing.

Have you tried calling them and talking to a live person?

I checked with SanDisk support and it seems the delay was related to a product shortage. From the support record it looks like you spoke with the SanDisk India support team today and your product is scheduled to ship tomorrow.
