RMA REQUEST IS BEING PROCESSED FROM 2 WEEKS INSTEAD OF 2-3 DAYS

My replacement product hasn’t reached yet… I had submitted the defective product to the sandisk center ahmedabad, Gujarat, India…on 26 November and sandisc global services has told me that your product will be at your home in 10 working days by the courier… Been 13 working days i haven’t received it yet… Even I’ve contacted sandisc global service care plenty of times but they are keep saying that you will receive your product in next 2-3 days…tired of the same response…from 12 working days the RMA status is received/processing… Very disappointed with the service of sandisk… What to do now?

Product- Sandisc ultra 32 gb micro SD card…

I spoke with SanDisk India technical support team and they confirmed your replacement should ship in the next 1 to 2 business days. I have also ask the India support team to reach out to you directly so they should be in contact with you soon.
