RMA problems!!!

I got an RMA confirmation email for a defective Fuze, and then I shipped the product out to SanDisk as instructed. The e-mail said wait 7-10 days after receipt at SanDisk for processing. It’s now been 25 days since I shipped out my Fuze and I still haven’t gotten a reply from SanDisk!
