Is it possible to set the record feature on the Sansa Express to record .MP3 files rather than .WAV files. This would allow much longer recording of radio programs.
The recording format cannot be changed.
I have a 1gb Express, and every single time I have recorded, the battery has run out LONG before the storage space is used up.
This is because it’s not recorded as a “raw” wav, in the same way that windows creates wav files.
