Can this product record in anything other than WAV format?

What is the sample size and sampling rate?

How long does the battery last in voice recording mode?

Thanks.

The Express only records in WAV file format. The sample size is 16 bit and the sample rate is 32 kHz.

The recording time is limited by the storage capacity of the Express and not the battery life. You may need to experiment to find the actual recording time, but I think that you will get about two hours recording time.

Thanks for the reply.

That data rate should yield about 8.4 hours of recording capacity in the 2GB model. Will the battery really keep the gizmo running for that long?

How long does it take to charge the battery?

the manual, and my experience, says “2 hours” for a full charge.

my mp3 player sandisk express did not come with a manual is there a place online that I can access

Anyone knows how can I get the Express 1 GB driver? My PC does not recognize the device.

Thanks

you should have the drivers needed if you have Windows XP SP2/Vista and Windows Media Player 10/11 installed.
