Hi I have an application that uses the SDINBDG4-64G-XI1 device and its configured as EMMC with VCC=3.3V and VCCQ=1.8V.
The device when new seems to work fine for a month or son and then read/write activity become intermittent and then they stop working altogether. If the device is replaced all is fine again. I’ve tried configuring it as EMIO with VCC=3.3V and VCCQ=3.3V but couldnt get this to work. Has anyone had reliability issues with these parts?
