my mp3 has these weird files i cant get rid of it it just says it doesnt allow me to delete it and yeah… whole story: i started importing videos into my mp3 then after awhile, it used to have the safety remove icon but it changed i didnt really care about that, so then i watched the videos and later in the afternoon, some videos dissapeared. I checked out what is in there and there were random files folders and this type of file i don’t know what it is. Then for some reason, all of the videos were gone. (well, thats not the whole story but just ask any questions about it)
Sounds like some files got corrupted somehow. Where did you get them? At this point I’d recommend formatting the player which will remove all files (not firmware though) and any remnants or traces of the problem ones.
You’ll have to reload everything, so make sure the files you put back on are good, or you’ll be doing this all over again.
if they got corrupted, then how come there is file folders? any ways i loaded more videos on later went i changed the usb mode to MSB i think… and a bunch of videos appeared back again but the dont work and they are 0kb and i tried deleting them and they appeared again >:0

That’s exactly how corrupted files display; strangely-named folders that won’t delete. You should format the device to clear all remnants and re-load.
