Can someone help me with my problem.
I want to listen to the radio and there is no sound.
And no it isnt on pause.

Is it set to the correct region? The wrong setting can keep it from finding any stations. Also, the headphones double as the FM antenna. Try moving the Fuze and 'phones around.
try updating the firmware.this has happen to me
also make sure you have not accidentally pressed the play/pause button. in the fm radio it functions as a mute button.
