I have a sandisk secure access 2.0 with a large amount of data.
LARGE FOLDERS AND FILES cannot be copied back to my PC.
If I try to copy off the sandisk to my PC with a LARGE FOLDER - it fails.
No error message.
IF I go into the large folder and do the smaller subfolders it works.
IN fact the folders do not have to be that large.
I have tried this on 2 64 bit PC’s windows 32 and windows 64.

Hi Jhighton,
Dear member of SanDisk Community, welcome .
Well, if the “large file size”, is less than 4 GB, please:
Contact with SanDisk Technical Support: http://www.sandisk.com/about-sandisk/contact-us/
If the “large file size”, is greater than or equal to 4 GB, implies that the problem, is that the pendrive has FAT32 format.
Luck.

Hi Jhighton,
Dear member of SanDisk Community, welcome.
What I would do in this case, because it seems that something is wrong, is following:
1- Make a backup, to your PC, urgent, slowly extracting the contents of My Vault.
2- Then, in another Pendrive, start again with the new version of SecureAccess.
3- Please, see this link, which may help you in something:

Hello,
Thats unfortunatelly true that there is a limitation of the files you can transfer into and out of the vault at the same time. I tested about 200 files at once and all the time the transfer fails without an error message. So i would suggest to try up to 100 files at once in order to copy them without an issue.
