problem with m250

just got a new m250 and been trying to use it but my computers (neither home nor work) won’t read the drive.

When trying to install the software driver, it says I need Internet Explorer 6 or later, which is silly since I am running IE7 on all machines I have tried.

please help, as it is the machine is useless to me.

It should be Plug and Play in Windows XP and Vista.

i have bought a m250…
when i connect it to the computer it is not showing the removable disk icon(i.e not recognizing)
and the cd that i have got along with it dosent work…
i use xp professional…
til now i think u might have guessed that i am not so good at these things…
so pls help me out…

    Methinks the problem lies in your USB setting. If you go into the menu section of your device, Scroll down to USB, select that and then select MSC. I could not find my M250 until I did that. It will then show up as a Sandisc in your My Computer list of devices.
