Hi, i bought my Portable SSD 1TB last week, it works fine, but I have a problem opening and installing SanDiskSecureAccess on both Mac Air M2 and and my PC (Window 11).
Window 11: it pops up an Error: Updater: Failed to start F:/PrivateAccess_win.exe
Mac: SanDiskSecureAccessV3_mac quit unexpectedly.
Any advices on how to fix this?
