Sorry you have to use SMC because Any Video convertor will not work.  We have logged the bug about the Vista Media Center for SMC.

Hey great Idea!   I’ll use the Sansa Media Converter tool.  Only when I try to download it, the latest version (which is needed for the Fuze) is not available unless you google the term, get to a forum and find the link.  After installing it 3 or 4 times (it locks up sometimes) and getting it to work, you can convert your videos that will work for the Fuze.  Only the audio and video will be sickingly out of sync.  So you can then do some more googling and find out that everyone has tried to fix this.  But you think, hey…it’s video, how hard can it be to fix, you can find the specs of the demo movie on your Fuze and match it almost identically…only none of those videos are supported on the Fuze.  So you check the Sansa specifications and make a movie like that…not supported.  So you use Virtualdub, Arcsoft, ImToo, Auto GK, Nandub, Super, Any video converter and even matching all of the specifications that you can, none are supported on the Fuze.

So you return the **bleep** thing to the place you bought it and buy something else.

Hey Sansa, my computer here at home, and the machine I use at work, both meet the minimum system requirements. So how do I get Sansa Media Converter working in Linux and OS X? Wish I’d just shelled out a few more bucks for a friggin’ iPod.
