You can help yourself. There are literally countless posts and threads already here on this subject, both in the Sansa Media Converter board and the specific player’s boards themselves.
Look, read and if necessary use the Search Function. It is very good and is why it is here after all. Use the Advanced Search link to narrow your parameters.
(Hint: if you encounter so many ‘hits’ that you don’t want to spend the time looking through all of them to find your answer, realize that the reason there are so many is that so many other people like yourself wanted to be spoon-fed the answer rather than looking up existing discussions on the same subject. This makes it more difficult for ALL to find what they’re looking for because the Search engine will find all occurances.)
Not to contradict Tapeworm, but here is the answer (lol). Use Video4Fuze. It supports more formats then SMC, was created for the Fuze (as the name suggests) and has fewer bugs.
