"other files" on my android

I have moved all possible apps and all but the most recent media to my sdcard.  Currently,
Photos+Videos+Music+Documents=600mb.
Apps+zip files=0.

But this “Other files” contains 20.84gb! 

I have less than 2gb free on my internal memory.

What is this “other files”? Can I access it to clean it up?

just remove the unnecessary apps and then reset the android or update it if possible.

Hey there, same issue here any solution on way to pin point where all this storage usuage is coming from “OTHER FILES” tab???
