When I push otpion nothing happens!!!

I can’t give ratings…

I fixed it once by turning it off and on, but now that trick won’t work.

So I reset the thing, and now i cant put the @ symbol in my login.

What should I do?       I think I will end up sending it in to get fixed.

I going try the recovery, and I will report back if it works.
