Hello, i got my sansa fuze 4gb last year and it’s been past the limited warranty time. I turned on my fuze today and I heard no sound. I made sure that the headphones were working, it was plugged in completely, the music was in play mode and that the volume was turned up. Still I got no sound. All I heard was a thumping noise in my headphone every second. It would thump from the moment I turn it on untill I turn it off again. Is there any way to fix this problem? Thank you
You might try re-installing the firmware. Otherwise, it’s probably toast.
You might try re-installing the firmware and maybe formatting it (which will erase all the files you’ve put on it, You’ll have to re-load). Otherwise, it’s probably toast.
yes, i called sansa and they said that the noise is a hardware problem and i dont have warranty anymore so ill need to get a new one
