No folder showing

Just bought the Sansa Clip and plugged the USB into my Computer running XP with USB 1. It said it found the device but was unable to finish download. My Sansa displays that it is connected but it doesn’t show a folder on my computer or Storage devicein MY Computer folder(ie drive E).

Help.

Try switching to MSC mode in SETTINGS > USB mode. That should make it easier for your computer to “see” your Clip.

I had the same symptom, after upgrading the firmware.  Switching to MSC solved the problem.

(Glad to see the new folder structure)  :)
