"My Vault" shows as empty in the Sandisk software!!!!!!

“My Vault” shows as empty in the Sandisk software even though there are files in the My Vault folder when I check via Windows Explorer

Is there a way to fix this…I can not get my files off the drive…they just show as folders like “000000000”,“00000001”,“000000002”, etc…
