My Sport Plus is not working properly

My Sport Plus is not working properly. It’s locked from yesterday and I cannot unlock it, no matter what I try to do. Besides, sometimes It doesn’t start when I turn it on. I can connect it to my computer and manipulate the files (Right now i’m backing up all my music, just in case).

Could you give me some advices?

If your SanDisk Sport Plus is locking up and not starting consistently, it could be a firmware or hardware issue. Since you’re able to connect it to your computer, it’s good that you’re backing up your music—definitely complete that first.

After that, try performing a factory reset (check your device manual or SanDisk support site for the exact steps). If the issue persists, it’s likely a hardware fault, and you should contact SanDisk Support for a replacement if it’s still under warranty.

Thanks for your answer. I try the Factory Reset a couple of times, with no luck at all. There’s no Sandisk Support where I live. Can I try something else, like a Firmware process? I’m really happy with this MP3 and I’d like to save it.
