My Speaker stopped working HELP!

I’ve had the connect for about a month now and the speaker stopped working this morning…anyone else have this problem?

Things that could cause the speaker to not work:

  1. Headphones are plugged in (or the Connect thinks they are)

  2. Settings -> Audio -> Speaker -> OFF

  3. Speaker is broken
