My screen freeze, please help

Hi guys.

My SANSA FUZE screen is freeze.The functions works all corectly,but the screen is freeze.

It happened one day, like that.I had no problem, and It broke just 3 weeks after I buy it.I did the

things in the support, but it dosent work.Can you help me or can you tell me is the warranty is applicable please?

Did you try a reset? Push the Hold/On/Off swithch up and hold it for more than 10 seconds?

What happens if you plug it into a PC USB port? Does the PC see the Fuze?
