MY Sansa is not Working

Hi there… I was going to install windows xp in my notebook via sansa e260. I used a software WINTOFLASH. WinToFlash helps pull over the contents of a windows installation CD or DVD and prep the USB drive to become a bootable replacement for the optical drive.

And now the problem is whenever i connect my sansa e260 to my PC, Nothing apears on Sansa’s Screen. its black and the wheel’s blue light turn on.it shows found new hardware USB Device and ask for Drivers. Pleasr solve my problem and fix my sansa.

Sounds like the WintoFlash has erased the operating system on the e260, to make it bootable to your computer. How did WintoFlash format the e260, as FAT, FAT32, or NTFS? You may need to reformat and reload the base files of the Sansa. Search the forums here for how to do it. Use a flash drive for your installs next time.
