My Sansa is broke?

everytime i turn it on is says, "Not enough space for music DB. Please free 90 MB. The funny thing is that there is no music on it? Anybody have any suggestions? I contacted customer support and they blow. Help me out please, I don’t want to buy another mp3 player!!!
