my sansa clip froze and it doesnt let me view my music. i tried connecting it to my computer but it doesnt read the music in my device. i accidently filled up the clips memory and cant update the firmware. is there anything i can do?
Hold down the power button for 20sec, this will shutdown your Clip+ when it hangs. Once done just start it back up and everything should be fine.
For the original Clip, reset it by holding the power on button uppermost for 15-30 seconds.
