Hallo there,
i recently bought a 64 GB sandisk flash drive and had movies put. however, when i put in my smart TV, the TV doesnt sense the flash at all. However, the TV is able to sense and play other flash drives. What might be the problem. Please help me.
The 64 GB drive is formatted as exFAT to handle large files and I suspect your Smart TV apparently can’t handle exFAT format drives. The TV may need an update or a setting changed.
