Used the device on an old computer last week that I no longer have access to. I brought my passport home and used it on my hp laptop and was able to see everything and use the documents on it. My computer updated and now I can’t get access to the device. It is present in local disk Q: but when I click to open it says access denied. I have tried to take ownership of it and it will not allow me to change any of the owner settings. I’ve tried to restore the computer to a previous point prior to using the device and that did not work either.

I can’t access my data or dropbox after doing a backup. It says “access denied” (with my WD Passport).
